Is there a minimum order value?

No, there is no minimum order value and there is no minimum quantity of the items either.

How long does it take to process my order?

We begin to process your order as soon as we receive it, your order is usually ready for dispatch within 2 working days* subject to stock availability.

*Please note that pallet orders can take up to 72 hours

Will a tracking number be provided?

Yes, we provide tracking numbers with all orders

Can I add to my order after I have sent it?

We are always happy to help but can't guarantee that you can add to your order. Please contact us on sales@handmadeliving.com

Can I add to my order after I have sent it?

We are very sorry to hear this. Please ensure you contact us in writing with good photos of the damaged items and packaging within 3 days of receiving your order so we can make a claim with our carrier. Unfortunately, due to the terms and conditions with our carrier we cannot accept claims sent after this period of time.

Do you ship backorders?

Yes, we ship all orders, also backorders, and always notify you before shipping back orders in case you wish to add other items to your back order. We add a shipping cost typically 20-30 eur depending on your country.

I have a store/website and would love to stock handmadeliving. Do you supply wholesale?

Yes, we  do. We check all applications to make sure your store/website will be a good match for our brand. We reserve the right to refuse any application where will feel our brand would be misrepresented, or where selling our stock in your store could cause conflict with existing handmadeliving retailerss very nearby. We welcome online as well as offline retailers.

Can we use your images for our website? Yes, once you have placed an order you are welcome to use our product and lifestyle images, on social media and in marketing material. If you tag us on social, we repost :)

My website/store is not yet ready to trade, can I still apply for a trade account?

Yes, and once your store is up and running we are able to process your application.

Can I place an order for in stock and out of stock items at the same time?

Yes and then you will receive 2 order confirmations: 1 for the in stock items and  for the items coming back in stock later

What happens if I want to return some of the items I have ordered?

We hope that you will be delighted with all the goods you receive, but if for any reason you are dissatisfied please send us an email and we will assist you with the process.
